How Can We Help You?
Your air. Our dryer. Zero moisture. Protect your investments with cutting-edge air drying technology
General Questions
1.Refrigerated vs Desiccant – which one do I need?
Refrigerated dryers are cost-effective for most industrial applications and achieve a pressure dew point of approximately +3°C to +10°C.
Desiccant dryers are required when you need extremely dry air (dew point as low as -40°C or -70°C). They use adsorption technology to remove moisture and are ideal for sensitive applications where even trace moisture can cause problems.
Combination dryers integrate both technologies, providing reliable drying with lower dew points for demanding applications.
2.How do I size an air dryer for my compressor?
Match flow capacity: The dryer’s flow rating (SCFM or m³/h) should meet or slightly exceed your compressor’s output at your operating pressure.
Correct for conditions: Most dryers are rated at standard conditions (e.g., 35°C ambient, 7 bar pressure). If your site has higher inlet temperatures or lower pressures, you may need to upsize the dryer. We can provide correction factors upon request.
Consider future expansion: If you plan to add more equipment, choose a dryer with extra capacity.
Quick rule of thumb: If your compressor delivers 20 SCFM at 100 PSI, choose a dryer rated for at least 20-25 SCFM. For a more precise calculation, please provide your compressor specifications and operating conditions
